About Us

St Matthew’s is a vibrant, urban church in the heart of the Black Country with a vision 'To Know Christ & Make Him Known'

Sunday services -  Due to the current pandemic, we meet 10:30 am with a limited number and Livestream our services on our Facebook page and Youtube and other platforms and we have a wide range of children’s & youth work ranging from 4 to 18 years throughout the week.

Our aim is to grow in faith, to care for one another and be enabled to share the love of Jesus Christ with those we meet. We enjoy a lively informal style of worship and are committed to the authority of the Bible and the power of the Holy Spirit. 

As a congregation, we are a pretty laid back friendly bunch of people living in and around the Black Country with a passion to care for our community. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and would love to welcome you.
