Enthusiastic walkers from St Bertelin's are planning to step out around Tittesworth Water, near Leek, on 28th March, along with people from around the region who are walking to raise money for Christian Aid.

It is the 30th year of this popular fund-raising event, and every penny raised will go directly to Christian Aid to be used in helping the world's poorest people.

The walk will set off from the Visitor Centre at 10.30am, blessed on their way boy the Bishop of Lichfield and the Lord Mayor of Stoke on Trent. Walkers can opt for a shorter distance of 2 miles, or a longer distance of 5 miles around the reservoir. Many people will be wearing Easter Bonnets as they walk.
