 About Us:

Our large and beautiful church has a long history, dating back to the legendary St. Bertelin in the 8th Century. The building which you see today was commenced almost exactly 800 years ago and it is the second oldest building in Stafford. The roof is about 500 years old. This church was one of the first churches restored by Gilbert Scott in the 19th Century. There are 10 bells in the tower, which can be rung as a peal.

               Rector   Rev'd Prebendary Richard Grigson
