Our Annual Meeting took place in March, with members hearing about the past year and discussing the audited accounts . Although this may appear rather formal, members are interested in their Institute, and the committee efforts to ensure that their wishes are put into practice.

The speaker at the meeting on the 16th April is Michael Martin who is joining us to talk about National Health Research and its importance. We look forward to hearing about recent research which has been carried out, partly with the help of local people, including one of our own Members. Michael is about to facilitate an area of completely different health research, and will outline further details and how we can become involved.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in Sandon Parish Rooms, Lichfield Road, Sandon at 7-30pm.

If you are new to the area, or would just like to met new people in an inclusive, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, please do come and visit us at any of our meetings.
