The Priory Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Tutbury
Welcome to The Priory Church of St Mary the Virgin, Tutbury in the Diocese of Lichfield.
Our Building dates from AD 1089. There is a guidebook for our building.
We continue to worship God in this beautiful building every Sunday at 10am for a Service of Holy Communion and fortnightly on Wednesdays at 10.30am. We host a coffee event on Saturday, The priory Pantry from 10am to 12 noon, and a craft group on Thursday mornings. We host many weddings, Baptisms and Funerals for our community. Our new Rector arrived in December 2019. She is the Rector of a 3-parish before, with Anslow and Rolleston churches nearby.
