Firstly, many apologies for not being able to send out a September Parish Magazine. The printing company we have been using for more than 20 years has somehow disappeared. They are not answering messages, texts or phone calls to the office or mobile. It is a small family company and we have become friends over the years so I am quite concerned about them. In the meantime I have written to about a dozen local companies for quotes. a few have replied but their prices are quite high. I was recommended a company by the producers of the Tutbury Village News. Their price was reasonable, a little higher than our previous company, but nowhere near what the local ones were quoting. So, our October magazine is currently with them and should be back within the week.
