Special outdoor service to be taken by Bishop Michael Ipgrave, Bishop of Lichfield.

We are looking forward to welcoming Bishop Michael from Lichfield to lead our service this Sunday afternoon. The relaxed informal all-age service will be at 4pm in the forest school area at the bottom of the wood. This is up the lane from the church and behind the village hall. There will be refreshments afterwards in the village hall and lots of kind offers of help with that have already been received.

If the weather is showery, we can always relocate to the lovely airy feel of Grinshill church. The sheltered position of the outdoors area in the bend in the woodland bottom is so cosy that it has a lovely unexposed feel to it.

We look forward to you joining in this prestigious event in our benefice life. Its not many small rural parishes that the diocesan Bishop agrees to make a special trip to visit to lead worship and I am sure you will help make him most welcome.
