About Us

Welcome to Colwich Parish Church, serving the communities of Colwich, Little Haywood, Bishton and Wolseley Bridge, together with anyone else who wishes to join us.

There are services in church every Sunday, with the main service being at 9.45 on Sunday mornings, with Holy Communion being celebrated on the 3rd Sunday of the month, together with major feast days.  Most of our worship follows traditional Anglican patterns in ways that are, to quote one observer, 'relaxed, but with depth'.  Perhaps our most relaxed service is the monthly Prayz 'nd Play on the first Sunday of each month, which combines crafts and activities with more traditional elements to provide an act (and actions) of worship for all ages.  If you prefer something quieter, there is the said 8.00 am service on 1st Sunday of each month except January (using the traditional language of the Book of Common Prayer).

Other regular events include Morning Prayer on Wednesdays at 9.15am and Community Lunches on the first Tuesday of most months.
