About Us

Everyone will find a warm welcome in our church. The church is largely made up of adults, but we are finding that more young people and families are making St Michael's their spiritual home following the Baptism of Children.

People from whatever background are welcomed and encouraged to have a living and growing relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

We believe that God continues to speak to us through the Bible - His inspired Word. So Biblically based preaching and teaching forms a central part of our worship and other church activities..

At this time we don't have a Sunday School.

A group meets on a Tuesday morning to studyvarious books of the Bible.  At present we are studying the Gospel of Mark, thereafter we will be studying the book of Titus.

A number of groups from the community use our halls on a regular basis.

Plus our MTots and Grapevine Cafe which both meet on a Wednesday morning at St Michael's.

We are also involved with the local community through our school's work. We also run our Chell Parish Pantry every Thursday 12 noon to 2pm at Church of the Saviour ST6 6HZ.

The Ministry team consists of the Vicar, a SSM Minister, a priest with PTO, plus an occasional worship leader and an occasional preacher.
