Gather at the Lych Gate war memorial where the names of the fallen from Checkendon and Stoke Row are read out. There is a two minute silence and the Last Post plays. We process with the parade of uniformed organisations into the church for our service of Remembrance where the colours are presented and old and young together remember the sacrifices of those who gave their lives for our freedom.
