A peal of Grandsire Caters will be rung in celebration of our 150 th aniversary. This important peal, rung on all 10 bells, will be rung on the Feast day of St Peter and St Paul.

The picture of the record board in the belfry shows the first peal rung in the tower, 1886, was Grandsire Triples (on 6 bells).

Saint Paul

The church is a large Victorian gothic building near the Town Hall. It is highly decorated and is a welcoming place for visitors and those who attend our services which are in the high Anglo-catholic tradition where  worshiping God involves all the senses. We have seasonal colour, readings and music.
