Take a moment away from the busyness of the Advent season and join Revd Andy for 30 minutes of quite and reflection in church. With led meditation moving into a period of silence, these lovely sessions are a perfect place to just take a moment for yourself, spend some time with God and pause!

St. James Barton

Welcome to St James' Church in Barton Under Needwood, near Burton on Trent in Staffordshire. We are an Anglican (CofE) church and part of the Lichfield Diocese.  

We are committed to showing and sharing God's love in our village and in the wider world. 

All are very welcome at any of our varied services and events. Our main service is at 10:30am each Sunday but do look out for how we "do" church in different ways. We hope there is something for everyone! Let us know if there more you would like from your parish church.

Our parish of Barton-under-Needwood is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
