June 19th was a special night for St John the Baptist. Not only was it the Archdeacons Visitation but our superb bell ringers rang a quarter peal of plain Bob Doubles.
To the uninitiated, this involves changing the order of the bells 1260 times in 39 minutes - without stopping and without mistakes. Wow.
