It was decided by the joint Benefice Leadership team to make a small change to the way services are organised across the benefice. As part of this change services at Butterton will from now take place on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month (previously 1st and 3rd). This small change will enable the clergy and lay reader team to take a more flexible approach when planning the rota and allocating services. We hope the congregation at Butterton will adapt easily to this change. The pattern will be: 2nd Sunday Evening Worship at 3 p.m; 4th Sunday Holy Communion at 10 a.m.
