This Sunday at our 10am service, we continue our journey through Epiphany with a reflection on Luke 4: 14-21, where Jesus reads from the scroll of Isaiah. As we consider this powerful moment in the synagogue, we'll take a closer look at the role of the attendant — the one who handed Jesus the scroll. What does this quiet yet crucial role teach us about faithful service in God’s kingdom?
