Sunday 30th June 2024

For the last couple of weeks, we’ve been exploring the Bible from the inside of a boat. First in Genesis with Noah and the Ark, and then in the Gospel of Mark, with Jesus and the disciples crossing Lake Galilee together. This coming Sunday, we will be concluding our nautical journey, by re-visiting the disciples, who this time are in a boat all on their own. We’ll be examining how one disciple in particular–Peter–responds to the buffeting winds, and seeing what lessons and encouragement we can glean and apply to the winds-of-change that often swirl around us.
