About Us
People have been worshipping in the church building at Wing for the last 1300 years: a Saxon church with the oldest apse in the country.
You are welcome to walk round the church at any time during the day and soak up its history, and on Sunday morning a warm welcome awaits those who join in with our worship.
Anyone is welcome to our Sunday Services and other events: whatever your age or ability. We have a Family Friendly Award from the Oxford Diocese of which we are very proud. Please see details of services and events on this site.
If you wish to enquire about baptisms, weddings or funerals, please contact the vicar, Revd. Dom Wright.
If you would like to meet people from the church fellowship on Saturdays, we normally hold a cafe between 10am and 12pm in the church with delicious cakes!
Wing is part of the Cottesloe Team with Aston Abbotts, Cheddington with Mentmore, Cublington, Soulbury, Stewkley & Wingrave with Rowsham.
Details of the church's history can be found on the Village Web Site http://www.wingvillage.org.uk/thevillage/history
