D day commemoration - 80 years since the largest naval, air and land operation. Listen out for Scalford church bells on Thursday 6th at 6.30 pm. Come and enjoy refreshments in church from 6.45 pm- Jacket potatoes and soup kitchen followed by Fruit crumble and custard (donations welcomed). Look up at 9.15 pm for the Lighting of the Tower Beacon.

Scalford: St Egelwin

This is an ancient church which has seen many changes over the years. More recently, a Benefice office space has been created as well as kitchen and toilet facilities. Refreshments are served after every service.
