Our Building
The church is open daily from 10.00 until 16.00.
St Egelwin is a Grade 2* listed building, mentioned by Pevsner in 'The Buildings of England' Leicestershire and Rutland.
Our sub-post office is open from 9.30 to 13.15 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. As well as all the things you expect of a Post Office, you can order and collect currency, buy general groceries and soft drinks and there is a good selection of greetings cards and local honey. If you cannot find what you want Kathleen can usually get it for you.

Groups, Courses and Activities
A fish and chip tea is held on the 1st Friday of the month in church at 6.00 pm. Please tell Penny 07443618746 if you would like to come so that she can bring the right amount of food. A take away service is available.
A lunch club is held on the second Wednesday of the month in church at Noon. Please tell Penny 07443618746 if you would like to come so that she can cook the right amount of food. A take away service is available.
Copies of Village News, aka Yellow pages, may be obtained from within the church.
Help for Visitors
There is a large selection of books that act as a village library. You are welcome to help yourself.
The church is open daily from 10.00 until 16.00 for use as a place of quiet and mediation.
Other Features
There is a Fairtrade stall held on occasional Sundays after the 10.30 service on the first Sunday of the month.
There is a box in the church porch available for any Foodbank contributions.
The church yard is being developed as a conservation area with bird boxes, an insect hotel and a hedgehog home.
