In celebration of the 200th Anniversary of St John Henry Newman's first sermon preached in Holy Trinity Church, Over Worton in 1824. At 3pm there will be a Lecture given by Monsignor Roderick Strange. This will be followed by teas at 4pm. Then at 5pm there will be Evensong led by The Right Reverend Gavin Collins, Bishop of Dorchester. The Preacher is The Most Reverend Bernard Longley, Archbishop of Birmingham. All events are free but booking required. UPDATE 20 June: All seats in the church have been booked but there may be the option to stand. You are very welcome to join us at the service we hold every third Sunday in the month at 9:30 a.m.  On the first Sunday of the month there is a service at 11am at  Holy Trinity, Over Worton which is in the same parish.
