Sunday 13 April 2025 - Palm Sunday - Important Update!
IMPORTANT UPDATE on the PALM SUNDAY PROCESSION to St Helen’s tomorrow:
We are very sorry to report that Basil, the lovely Shetland pony who was to lead our procession up to and around the church tomorrow has got laminitis, a serious and nasty condition in his hooves, so will sadly be unable to join us. We all wish him a speedy recovery.
We are still going ahead, because processions are cool, but we will do things slightly differently. There are two IMPORTANT alterations:
Firstly, we WON'T be processing from the Chequers; just come to St. Helen's Church AT 11 AM.
Secondly, we will need a helper on the day.
We will be asking one of the children who would enjoy it to wear our donkey ears and tail! Just like with a real donkey/pony/ponkey, we hope they don’t bite or kick, but we won’t give them a big bag of carrots...

Sunday 20 April 2025 - Easter Sunday Service of Holy Communion + Easter Egg Hunt - 11h00
