Little person, big job: David and Goliath

Despite some early rain showers we were able to gather in the churchyard for July's Family Service where we listened to the story of David & Goliath, learned about trusting in God, and made our own catapults (children and grown-ups!) - using marshmallows as projectiles! 

The children joined in with their instruments during the singing of 'He's Got The Whole World in His Hands' and 'Give Me Oil In My Lamp' - how lovely that we can all sing together at these outdoor services.

The next Family Service will be held on Sunday 1 August 2021 at 11am and will again include singing and an activity for the children (and grown-ups!). Everyone is welcome.
