The Easter Vigil & Liturgy is the most remarkable service of the year. Join us as we mark Easter this year from the kindling of the new fire, the lighting of the Paschal candle, a time of vigil and prayer, the Easter acclamation and a renewal of our baptisms. This ancient and beautiful liturgy guides us from the darkness of death into the light of new life. This services begins after sunset and normally lasts approximately two hours.

Villars English Church

Welcome to the Villars English Church, an international English-speaking congregation in the alpine village of Villars-sur-Ollon since 1883. We meet in the Aiglon Chapel located in the centre of the village and serve the area's international communities as a space of regular prayer and community.

Whether you are in Villars on holiday or a longtime resident of the area, we invite you to join us for a time of simple worship. We would enjoy the opportunity to meet you.

Join our mailing list to stay in touch with the latest information.

Our services take place on the first and third Sunday each month. View the service calendar.
