Opening
The Abbey is open during daylight hours. There is no parking on site, and is accessed from Milton Abbas village, via a half mile walk along a public footpath. The postcode for the village is DT11 0BP.
Please be respectful to Milton Abbey School, and consider visiting during the weekend or school holidays, if possible.
Getting here
The village is beautiful, lined by whitewashed cob and thatch cottages. Also worth visiting is the parish church St James which was built in the 1780s. The Hambro Arms is the village pub - do call ahead if you would like to book a table for lunch or dinner http://www.hambroarms.com/ or call 01258 880233.
