Louis Horsman Carpenter has just completed his final year at City of London School, where he has been a Music Scholar. He was the Organ Scholar of the Chapel Royal, St. James’s Palace, for the last two years, and obtained his ARCO diploma with prizes at age 17. Louis learns the organ at the Junior Royal Academy of Music with Anne Marsden-Thomas and Frederick Stocken, and is applying for Oxbridge organ scholarships for after a gap year in which he will work as an organist and study the French Horn.
