An all-age worship gathering which is outdoors. It's an opportunity to worship God in creation: we start around a fire and set our theme, followed by different activities in God's creation. We finish by sharing our learning, and fresh bread and juice to remember God's love for us. There are refreshments at the start of the gathering.

Belgrave St Peter's Church

At Belgrave St Peter’s Church, we share and show the love and good news of Jesus Christ to our local community. We believe that following Jesus changes us so that we can be who we were made to be and bring hope and new life to the world around us.
We aim to live in harmony with God, each other and the environment around us and enable our local community to flourish and be the best that it can be.
Our family gatherings are accessible for everyone for our everyday lives. We gather for Forest Church on the 1st Sunday of each month and Messy Church on the 3rd Sunday of each month. Other activities include: litter-picking; eating together; prayer and coffee mornings.
We serve our local community in as many ways as we can, including running a weekly food bank, and looking to support local businesses and enterprises.
We would love you to join with us and discover how the love of Jesus can change you and the world around you.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Belgrave, St Peters Church is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Leicester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Anne Scott ([email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
