From our beginning in 2012, Windmill has been funded entirely through donations and regular giving by our members.The £2000 initial pot of money has now been used up. At the same time, we said goodbye to several givers who were part of our indoor services at the Chapel, which ended in February. To continue the work of Forest Church, the trustees have been exploring new sources of income such as fundraising initiatives and grants, as well as looking at how we can raise regular monthly donations to the work of our Church.

We are exceptionally grateful to all our regular givers; some of whom don’t even attend Windmill but want to support our work. Donating to Windmill enables us to continue what we do, and allows us to grow, so that we can be here for those who need us, both now and in the future. The more people who give, the more we can do! 

Standing orders can be set up for any amount from £1 a month and we value all gifts we receive, regardless of the size. Giving to a church is a sign of commitment to its work and future. It is entirely up to you how much you give so please spend some time thinking and praying about it.
