We meet weekly during term time at the Oldhams Children's Centre on Forfar Street - Wednesday 10:30am to 12pm. Free hot and cold drinks, Crumpets, toast, potato cakes and pastries. Free WiFi. Registered Warm Welcome Space. We also offer a baby and toddler group running at the same time in the children's centre. Everyone welcome.

We run Start and Alpha courses once each year. Alpha is a great introduction to the Christian faith. We are currently running a 'detached' Alpha course running every Wednesday at 2pm (term time only). Please speak to Lee or Melanie if you would like to join the next course.

50% of all adults will experience some type of Mental Health issue in life. We are a discussion based group and a safe space to explore our experiences of Mental Health. We meet each week at 7:15pm (for 7:30pm start) at the Oldhams Family Hub on Forfar Street, Oldhams Estate, BL1 6RN. Numbers are capped at 10 to enable everyone a chance to share. We work through a series of 26 structured sessions using the Hope Circle. This looks at five of the commonly held views - I hate myself, I don't matter, I don't fit in, I want to give up and I feel useless - challenging each participant to look at things afresh. An induction is required before coming along to the group.

Celebrate Recovery is 12-Step Recovery Group offering a Lifeline to people struggling to break habits, hang-ups or addictions.

CR is based on Christian principles but open to any adults struggling with hang-ups, addictions or habits which are holding them back. CR started in the USA, but there are now regular meetings in multiple UK locations including this one. We meet every Thursday at 7:30pm (refreshments from 7:15pm) at Oldhams Family Hub, Forfar Street, Oldhams Estate, Bolton, BL1 6RN. We have a combined teaching session then men and women break out into their own groups. An induction is required on your first visit before you can join the breakout groups. Youth Group for Year 7's and above. Meeting at one of our youth leaders houses. Small group focusing on discipleship, games, food and fun. Lots of trips out, sporting activities, retreat days etc. Contact Dave and Lucy for more information.

Each Friday between 10:30am and 12:45pm, we meet, study, discuss and dive in deep to a chapter of the Bible, then eat lunch together. We are a small group of around 6 people. Everyone welcome to join to us as we work our way through another book of the Bible. No Bible knowledge is necessary and we work through the Bible in a way that everyone will understand.

Estate Youth Group - Meets at the Barlow Park Youth Centre on a Friday Evening 6:30 to 9pm. Pizza, hot dogs, hot and cold drinks. Table tennis, X-Box, Pool, PS4, Board games, football, colouring and crafts. Trips out for adventure activities. No charge. For young people aged 11 to 17's - consent form required (see attached).

We meet at the Barlow Park Youth Centre on Sunday at 3pm each week (community garden over the Summer holidays). Refreshments are served on arrival. We don't have a worship band so use worship videos. We always have a sharing time, interactive learning times, prayers, worship and an activity. Every other week, we have children's work away from the main service. Everyone welcome.

During the Summer holidays, Oldhams Church meets on the Oldhams Estate Community Garden at the top of Oldhams Terrace (big brown gates), BL1 6RB. Services are informal and suitable for all ages. Refreshments are served. Please be considerate to neighbours when parking and if possible, please park on Athlone Avenue.
