An afternoon tea was held in the village hall on Friday 27th September  as a fund raising event in support of the Macmillan Trust. This yearly event has always been well supported  and this year thanks to a lot of hard work from volunteers £373.61 was raised. Again many thanks to all who donated food and their time to make this event a success.

Quiz Night on the  30th November  was a joint venture with the village hall (the second of these) and the amount raised for St Peter's was £405 with the previous one raising £300 giving a grand total of £705.

An afternoon tea  in the village hall is being organised for March 29th with the proceeds being donated to the Alzheimer's research charity.
