Occurring
for 1 hour
Venue Address
The Pathfinder Church of England Primary School Pathfinder Way, Northstowe, CB24 1AA, United Kingdom
We will gather in the open air to tell the stories of Holy Week, starting with the Triumphal Entry on Palm Sunday, through interaction, storytelling and reflection. There is space for those who enjoy getting their hands dirty (or their feet wet) and those preferring a more contemplative experience.

3.25 We've something special planned we'd like some of you to help set up up, so do come a few mins early to be part of that ⏳
3.30 We'll gather round the campfire and share a short safety briefing (supervising children, no running near the fire etc)
3.35 We start our campfire singing promptly, and start our Holy Week storytelling 🔥 🎶
from then, after each part of the story, there will be a hands on and a more reflective way of responding - often involving moving around the field.
4.30 We'll finish back around the campfire, with the story on a cliffhanger, ready to pick up again at the Good Friday afternoon Tea.

Useful information:
👣👣👣 We're basing ourselves on the playgrounds all the way around the back of the school. So allow a few minutes to walk around and find us! ⏱️
💦🥾 Follow requests for a repeat of puddle-splashing Footwashing... there is an OPTION to bring your wellies. More reflective handwashing is also an option! 🫱

Northstowe Church Network (Pathfinder Church, Little Explorers, Compline Community...)

Welcome to the Northstowe Church Network - Pathfinder Church, Little Explorers, the Compline community - an ecumenical partnership of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, the Church of England, and the United Reformed Church: why not join the adventure?

Those of us gathering as part of this new community in Northstowe come from all Christian traditions as well as those new to Christianity: together we are pilgrims on a journey, asking questions and exploring the connections we find between everyday life and our spirituality and faith. At the heart of all this is a recognition that we are seeking to follow The Pathfinder, Jesus Christ.

What unites us is much stronger than our denominational backgrounds: it is a rooted, growing, and transforming faith based on an encounter with the ancient God who still changes lives today. Our vision is to be people who are praying, exploring and sharing
