Little Explorers is part of the Northstowe Church Network, gathering parents and carers with their little ones for a midweek encounter with God and others in a similar phase of life. We start with breakfast from 9.15, with circle time at 9.45, finishing at 10.45

Join us as we weave extended silences with the ancient poetic 'Service of Completion' at the end of the day, known as 'Compline' or 'Night Prayer'.

Pathfinder Church worship on Sunday afternoons in The Pathfinder CofE Primary School during the School Term - normally in the School Hall, but also making use of the green spaces when appropriate.

A rich strand of our heritage here in Northstowe is to pray and discern together as a whole-church meeting.
Church members from across the Network (Little Explorers, Compline, and Pathfinder Church) are invited to join our regular church meetings where we will share news, discuss key issues, pray, and (when appropriate) vote on key matters.

The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Northstowe Church Network

During a Communion Meal, we share in the familiar opening prayers from a communion service as we gather around the table. We then "break open" scripture - reading the biblical account of the day, and then discussing it while we eat our main course (often jacket potatoes, with each person bringing and sharing a topping). Afterwards, we reset the table with bread, grapes, and wine... and turn to the Great Thanksgiving Prayer. We retell the story of the Last Supper, and share in bread and wine. This service is filled with beautiful poetry, and a deep sense of encounter with God and each other.

We hold a Communion Meal loosely once a term, sometimes replacing a regular Compline. We love to  invite those from across the whole Northstowe Church Network.

Bring your favourite topping, and join us in the school hall for pancakes!

A group for young professionals in their 20s & 30s (ish!) navigating life, work and faith together.

The Deckchair Listening Project, run by Pathfinder Church Northstowe, will be at The Pathfinder School Fayre again this year offering hospitality and a listening ear as we ask Big Questions.

There's no gathering in Northstowe over the August bank holiday weekend. Several of us will be at the Greenbelt Festival celebrating Artistry, Activism, and Belief (why not join us for the day on Sunday, even if not the whole weekend!)

Our Afternoon Teas bring together those from across the whole Northstowe Church Network - Pathfinder Church, the Compline Community, Little Explorers - as well as family, friends, and neighbours.

Practical start-and-finish opportunities for church members to support us praying, exploring, and sharing

The Ministry Team meet throughout the year to focus on specific topics and issues that impact the life of the church. These meetings are often chaired by the Warden, and attended by the ministers and those who have been invited because they have a specialist interest in the matters being discussed.
