Twice a month (Thursdays) we have contemplative prayer in the side chapel, 11.30am- 12.30pm; Julian meetings (named after Julian of Norwich). No prior experience necessary. We meditate on scripture or Christian prose then wait on God in the silence.
Love to sing? St Peter’s has a wonderful and growing junior choir. This is a friendly and inclusive group who all encourage one another. Contact Hilary Marsden for further information.
St Peter's is blessed to have some talented flower arrangers who keep our church looking wonderful all year round. If you have some creative flair and would like to be part of the team, speak to Ann Stokoe or Elisabeth Stephens.
St Peter's collects tinned food for the local Trussell Trust Foodbank as part of our outreach into the local community. Donations may be left at church. If you are interested in helping with deliveries, please contact Hilary Marsden.
