The Christmas Tree Festival returns to St Helen's Church and many organisations from the village will be displaying beautifully decorated trees with information about their work. The event opens on Friday evening when our new MP, Freddie van Mierlow, will switch on the Christmas Tree lights. There will be a short carol service at 5pm followed by mulled wine and mince pies in the Canons' Room.
On Sunday 1st December as part of the festival, the Roke and Benson Brass Band will be playing seasonal music in church for an hour.
The event runs through until Monday 2nd December.
