About Us

Holy Trinity Church is a welcoming and friendly place. It stands at the heart of the community, and has been an enduring presence since 1130AD. Our church is open to all, welcomes all, and has its ministry rooted in the local community. We are part of a team ministry with our friends St.John the Evangelist in Oulton with Woodlesford, Christ Church in Lofthouse and St.Oswald's in Methley with Mickletown. The Rothwell District C of E Churches Team is a group of four Church of England churches located in the Southeast  of Leeds following the Aire & Calder navigation canal. We are part of the Anglican Diocese of Leeds https://www.leeds.anglican.org/  

We look to provide a welcoming environment for all those who are interested in exploring the Christian faith - we count ourselves as “friends in faith”

We are blessed with the wonderful facility of a large, modern Parish Centre, which is adjacent to the Church, and we make full use of it for parish events. The Centre is also available for community and private functions. The Hall is very spacious and has a kitchen, bar and stage area.
