Following a temporary closure due to the untimely death of yet another local community leader, from Tuesday 2nd July 2024, and every Tuesday after that, St Martin's Community Kitchen will be open and resume distribution of food to vulnerable people at the back door of St Martin's Institute (from 12 to 2 pm). To run the new initiative will be the local charity Mustard Seed, already known for its food bank and its logistical assistance to another soup kitchen.
