Each month we will bring you a tip from our Eco Group. Our tip in September is all about planting bulbs for spring flowers to attract pollinating insects. The best bulbs to plant are: snowdrops, winter aconite, crocus, iris, grape hyacinth, bluebells and alliums.
This year we took part in the Butterfly Conservations Big Butterfly Count. During a 15 minute observation in one of the unmown areas we found 29 butterflies and 7 different varieties
