We have a number of planters at our parish hall, some of which were obtained with grants from Leeds City Council. Our aim was to provide an opportunity for children in our community to be involved with gardening activities. The Brownies and Rainbows today planted them up with beautiful Winter bedding plants which will provide colour through the Winter months and pollen and nectar for the insects. The children gained a badge and we hope it will inspire them to make their own little gardens and have a lifelong interest in gardening.
