We were pleased to welcome our friends from St. Mary’s Church, Embsay, North Yorkshire. We spent a lovely afternoon sharing learning about Eco Church. We discussed under pew heating and their plans to do the same. We had a walk around the churchyard and Quiet Garden looking at how we are promoting biodiversity. Embsay are one of the first churches in Yorkshire to be recognised by A Rocha with an Eco Church Gold Award.
