About Us

Saint Michael's Church, Headingley, is an inclusive Anglican parish church in the liberal-catholic tradition which welcomes people of all ages, nationalities and backgrounds.

We have a strong tradition of prayer and worship which is centered on the Eucharist or Holy Communion. The church has a longstanding choral tradition, and the choir sings on Sundays and at other special services.

We seek to be a welcoming community that gives people space to both question and to try to understand the meaning of religious faith, and we are proud to be a member of the Inclusive Church network. There is a regular programme of social activities and excursions at Saint Michael's.
