Please join us on Good Friday, 7th April, for a Walk of Witness, starting at Birstwith Village Green at 11am with a short service. From there we will walk to Hampsthwaite Church along the river bank, where there will be a time of quiet reflection in church at around 12pm, followed by a soup and roll lunch in the Community Room. We will then continue our walk to Killinghall Church, joining others in observing silence at the foot of the cross from 2pm until 3pm. Tea and hot cross buns will be served.

Hampsthwaite: St Thomas a Becket

Holy Communion services are held in Hampsthwaite on the first and third Sundays of every month, starting at 11am.  On the second Sunday of each month there is a Holy Communion service at Felliscliffe Chapel, which starts at 9am. Holy Communion services are also held in the other churches in our Benefice; Killinghall and Birstwith.
