Newly refurbished Kitchen

News_about_our_building

Our wonderful new kitchen was finally completed in time for the parish Christmas dinner on 15th December. It has been used for various events over the Christmas period and apart from a few small snagging issues is now fully functional.

The PCC would like to express their thanks to Leeds City Council and Benefact Trust for their grant funding and the local Councillors for Cookridge area for their support with this project . The start of the creation of a badly needed  Community hub in this area.

Thanks are also given to members of the parish  for donations and legacies which have helped to make this long held dream a reality.

We would also like to express our thanks to  the contractors who have worked together to meet very tight deadlines,  J Waite Joinery & Building and PHD Electrical Services ( Leeds) Ltd.

Please make a point of coming into Holy Trinity and have a look at our new kitchen, refurbished entrance and meeting room. You are welcome anytime the church is open .

Our Community Cafe reopens of Saturday 6th January with bacon breakfast and on Monday 8th January for lunches. Coffee , snacks and a warm space are also available on Wednesday mornings.

We look forward to showing you around!
