Crafters in the Walkingham Hill Benefice have been very busy putting the last few stiches in the Coronation Kneelers for Arkendale Church and are now completed and on display. It was great to see many people join in and take part on our Coronation community project - whether it was a couple of stiches or hundreds!

The kneelers were made with craft materials destined to landfill from the community scrap store the Cone Exchange in Harrogate, we’ve literally turned trash into treasure and given them a second chance to be used! Why not call in and have a look at the craftmanship.
