Knighton: St Mary Magdalen

The Church of St Mary Magdalen in Knighton can trace it's history back to 1097, although the earliest part of the building, the tower, is from the 13th century.

The people of the Church make up a local, friendly and supportive community that is looking to use it's blessings to build the Kingdom of God in our neighbourhood.

We cherish our traditional worship but are also learning more about how the church needs to evolve in order to be accessible to everyone 'in this generation'.

We value our partnership with our sister Church of St Guthlac, also in the benefice of Knighton.
