Get creative as you help create a set of Stations of the Cross during this relaxed afternoon of craft and conversation.

After we work together to create these 14 images they will be arranged in numbered order in the church, so that during Holy Week people may visit them, stopping at each station to say prayers and engage in reflection.

The event is completely free, so drop in any time between 12:00 and 14:00.

The church will remain open after the event, from 14:00 - 16:00 for our regular church opening hours, and there will be a service of Evening Prayer at 15:45. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.

Święconka, meaning "The Blessing Of The Easter Baskets," is a Polish tradition that dates back to the 7th century and is still practiced today.

Baskets holding symbolic food items, such as painted eggs, bread, meat, and cake, are blessed at church on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. They are then shared and eaten during Easter Sunday brunch.

This free event will provide you with all the necessary ingredients to make your own a traditional Święconka- so why not join us to make a traditional Easter Basket to take away for Easter.

Short basket blessing services will be held at 13:15, 14:15, and 15:15.
