The sun was shining and the church was beautifully decorated with fruit and vegetables from our gardens and the hedgerows. It was a lovely, well attended service with active participation from the congregation as we considered the harvest message.

After the service donations of packed foodstuffs were taken to St Martin’s Housing Trust and the perishable foods were taken to the Wymondham Community Outreach Project. 

Thanks to all those who helped to decorate the church and to those who were so generous with their donations. 

They were all very much appreciated by the two charities we supported.
