St. Mary's Church is a friendly and welcoming church in Great Dunmow, North Essex.
The building is predominantly 13th century and has a capacity of around 300.
We have a regular congregation of around 100 across all services, with a diverse age range.
We have regular services on a Sunday, generally at 9 a.m. and at 10.30 a.m. There is also a service of Holy Communion or Morning Prayer on a Thursday morning at 9.30 a.m. Please check the calendar or website for details of services being held in a particular week.
There are activities for children and families. There are always activites for kids during the 10.30 a.m. service and our Kids Church team take the children out on the third Sunday of the month for exciting activites in the St. Mary's Centre. The fourth Sunday of the month is an all-age service.
Baptisms and weddings take place regularly and we are always happy to take enquiries regarding the possibility of a baptism or a wedding so please contact the administrator.
