Every six years the Church of England requires a new Electoral Roll to be built. The Electoral Roll is a list of people who consider themselves to be a part of the church community. There are conditions that have to be met for you to be entered on the roll. Being on the roll also allows you to attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting where we review the previous year, elect the Parochial Church Council and also look towards the future.

If you were previously on the Electoral Roll you will still need to fill in a new form!

If you would like to join the Electoral Roll please either pick up a form from inside the Church or download the form attached to this article.

Forms can be returned to Church on a Sunday morning, posted to Kirkley Church Hall or emailed back to us at [email protected]

Forms need to be received by 2nd May 2025 to be included.
