Lent Book Group (Evening Sessions in the vestry)

Occurring
Every Monday at for 1 hour
Venue
Mansfield: St Peter & St Paul
Address
Church Side Mansfield Nottingham, NG18 1AP, United Kingdom

5 sessions as we work through the book Women of Holy Week, by Paula Gooder, theologian and Canon Chancellor of St Paul's Cathedral.  (You can obtain a free copy of the book by signing the sheet in church or contact the church office.) These informal, inspiring sessions work through a series of stories written from the perspective of women who witnessed Jesus' journey to the cross and resurrection and are an ideal spiritual preparation as we approach Holy Week & Easter.  If you've never come to a Lent group before, come along - you won't regret it!  There are a choice of two groups, which you can mix and match as suits you.
