About Us
St Andrew's church is situated down a country lane in open countryside. It is a beautiful spot to come to find peace, to have a picnic, or to walk part of the Boudicca Way, which passes through the churchyard. A composting toilet is available in the church yard. The church itself was built in the early 14th century but was extensively modernised in the 19th century. It is the only meeting place in Thelveton village. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the church, and the nave is available for concerts, meetings, quiet days and other events in keeping with the Christian character of the building.
We are one of the churches in the benefice of Dickleburgh and the Pulhams. Our Rector, Rev'd Carl, lives in the Rectory at Pulham Market.
If you have a general query please get in touch with our benefice administrator. She is usually available on weekdays from 10am to noon.
Registers not in current use are lodged at the Norfolk Records Office.
