The celebration is named after the Christingles that are lit during the service. Christingles are made from an orange decorated with red tape, sweets and a candle - come along to hear what each part symbolises.

There are limited seats available in St Eds for this service, so booking will be necessary - details of how to book will be confirmed in early December.
Bags will be available in St Ed's from Sunday 22nd after 4pm to make your own Christingle and join online. If you are able, please collect your bag from St. Edmund's Church Taverham - it will be open from 9am to 4pm. There are bags for 2 or 4 Christingles.
All proceeds from these services will go to The Children’s Society and support its work helping vulnerable young people. (Also note the image on this item is from The Children Society website)
